Bill and Larry opening for Michael P. Smith at Lake County Folk Club

Grayslake Village Hall , 10 S. Seymour Avenue , Grayslake, IL

We'll be doing a short set before Michael Smith's concert. Michael Smith is a song writer, musician, and renowned composer of 'The Dutchman' and 'Spoon River'. It is really an honor for us to play a few songs before Michael Smith. This is not a free concert. $18 for non members and $13 for LCFC members. However, it is a really fine venue.

Bill, Larry and Friends at Organic Plant Sale and Farm Open House at Prairie Crossing

 —  —

Prairie Crossing Farm, 32400 Harris Rd , Grayslake, IL 60030

Will Bill paint his thumb green for this one? The event is 5 hours from 10 am to 3 pm, so we've invited a couple of musical friends to join us. Bill and Larry will probably be starting around 11. Cath Kasmer will be opening at 10 with some great finger picking blues and folk. Scott Engstrom will also be performing with some very entertaining banjo and guitar songs and ballads - some originals and covers. You may want to bring your own lawn chair if you want to hang out for a while. There is usually a food cart at this event.
